Founded September of 2019, Active Dad is focused on promoting that Active Father’s do exist and are here to stay. By promoting positive images of fatherhood on social media, creating community for fathers to engage with like minded men, and hosting events to continue to push the narrative.
Fatherhood isn’t a easy task at all. For many men of our generation it seems harder since we didn’t grow up with an Active Father figure. So promoting and providing a community for Father’s to connect with other fathers is instrumental in overcoming some of the hurdles of Fatherhood.

Landon & Lynnox's Dad
Rashamod Torrance is a native of Savannah, GA and currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Torrance is the proud Father of Landon & Lynnox and has been a part of the Active Dad Social Club for 4 years. Growing up in a single-parent household he realized how important it is for Active Dads to exist. So once becoming a father he set out to create something special that displayed active dads do exist. The overall goal for Active Dad is to spread the message of positivity while creating a unique space to showcase great dads, teach men some of the essential keys to parenting, and fostering brotherhood.
